in my 99 z28 i found this lying on the floor its a spring, fuse and a plastic piece u screw it into something..

Never seen that before. Looks like a fuse for an interior light.

It looks like a fuse for some aftermarket accessory. There are no AGC (glass) fuses in f-bodies from the factory.
