Default halo headlights

so for you guys who have headlights that have halos with projectors or just regular ones with the halos. how do you get the halos to work and light up, just want to know before i decide to buy a set.

so technically how do i do that (im not really good with electrical) and when there hooked up to the parking lights do they come on when the car is on or only in park? theres like no diagram is there?

Your parking lamps have a + and a - wire. So do the halos, + => + and - => -.
