So I am sure you all get this alot. But my stock monsoon head piece likes to frequently take naps on me and not work. Basicly keeping my windows up or down. Pending on the randomness on this crap.

And my antenna motor kicks on or off. I dont know. Since my antenna stays up all the time. But I hear it every now and then when the radio kicks off. Any suggestions?

First suggestion... do a search.

This is a common problem where solder joints in the BCM develop cracks and cause intermittent interruption of the RAP (retained accessory power) circuit which powers the radio and windows. This thread describes how to fix it and has photos of the process. It's a long thread with some deleted posts so start at the end and work backwards.

Couldnt agree with that more!

But it definitely sounds like the BCM. I did it last summer and it fixed all my problems.

Yep its the BCM,had this happen to me about 3 months ago fixed the solder joints and everything works fine now.
