Default Amp Suggestions and deck install

I have 2 12" Alpine type R. They are in a subthump custom box with the cutout for T-Tops. I used to have a Kicker 1000 watt amp on it. It pushed them ok... but I would have to turn the boost and everything all the way up. I am just curious what is a good amp for these.

I also want to install a double din radio. I found the double din radio surround trim. I am just curious how it can be supported.

I have a bunch of amps that can beat the heck out of those for you. I have some high power RE Audio, MMATS, JBL, Massive Audio, CDT, Alpine, JL Audio, and many other amps that will push those the way you want.
You will need about 1200-1400 watts RMS power to fully hit those; Each sub is 600watts RMS so double that for max output. A real amp that makes that kind of power is not cheap though. Not talking about a Pyle 2000watt amplifier that is actually 200 watts RMS power. Alot of my customers get taken on stuff like that thinking they are getting a 1000watt amp when they are actually getting alot less.
Let me know a budget and what you have in mind. I do have some other mpre budget oriented amps that can push real wattage as well and would be glad to help you out.

I am trying to stay around 5-6 for the amp. I know that won't get me the best but I am tired of not having these speakers in my car since the old amp burned up.

Shoot...that will get you plenty. I can do a nice JL amp or even a really nice Massive Audio amp for a little less then that. I will check in on Tuesday to see what I can get for you in that price range or less that will get you where you want to be and hit those subs right for you.
