Alarm set now car won't start/95 corvette
Hey guys my uncle just bought him a 95 lt1 vette. He went and got new door keys made and he tried them and then tried to start his car and his security light is coming on and his car won't start. He talked to the dealership and they told him he would have to have it towed to them to have it unlocked. Is there anything I can do to unlock it without going to the dealer? Thanks guys

He must have had a new ignition key cut as well - the door keys have nothing to do with security or starting. It sounds like he got a new ignition key that either has no resistor pellet (security light flashing) or that has the wrong resistor pellet (security light on steady). The VATS system is preventing the car from starting because it thinks an invalid key is being used.
If he still has the original key, try that and the car should start (you have to wait a while after using the wrong key before the system will allow another attempt). Once you have a key that starts the car, measure the resistance of the contacts on the black pellet on the shaft of the key using a multimeter and order another key blank with the matching resistance from this chart:
