What's wrong with my power seat? So I had some work done to my car tonight. Just when everything seems perfect, I realize that the seat is in a really uncomfortable position (mechanic moved it), so I slide the power seat back, but it's up to high, and all of a sudden the up/down switches don't work! My head is touching the roof, and it is very uncomfortable! What can I do?

Mine did something similar, rear elevation switch is defunct. I just havent had the time to mess with it, luckily it went out while the seat was all of the way in the down position.

my pass side seat got stuck all the way forward after letting someone into the back seat of my gto. i have a battery disconnect on my car so i thought maybe ill diconnect the battery for a little bit and see what hasppens. sure as **** it worked. i guess it reset something and the seat has worked fine since
