Default Passenger brake light doesnt want to work

Ok so recently I put LT1 tails in the LS. Didn't use the LT1 harness from my 94. Just enlarged the holes a bit to fit the LS sockets in.

I followed a tutorial on here. Where I take out a green grommet, stick wire in the slot. And quick splice that wire into the turn signal (brown wire)

My driver side works flawlessly. Turn signal and brakes all light up...other than my reverse light.

Passenger side lights up fine. But the brake light will not illuminate at all when I push the pedals in

So I've been driving around with parking lights on to avoid any tickets.

Any ideas?
