Replaced my Bose system with
6.5 Alpine type S Components Front and Rear 2 Way
Alpine Type R 12 Subs 2ohm wired to .5ohms
0 Gauge wire to 4 Ga to feed amps and Capacitor
4 Farad Capacitor Digital
1000.1 MB Quart Mono Sub amp
800.4 MB Quart Power amp
I used 12awg speaker wire for everything
I mounted the front tweeter's in the door panel and im glad i did because the sound is perfect front to rear. In the rear i mounted it next to the Mid driver. I installed a type s badge i had on both rear speaker covers as well. The subs have alpine speaker covers that are metal and fit very well with no noise reverberation. Im working on a custom port tuned fiberglass box right now that i will use once completed. This set up sounds fantastic and hits pretty hard for under powering these subs. I also used 0 awg from the alternator to the battery.
