Default Gauges won't respond.

Was attempting to put in a head unit in my car today, in this process my battery died. Upon getting battery jumped and started back up I noticed that my RPM gauge, as well as my odometer/etc weren't responding. What could we have fucked up to cause this?

Check the GAUGES fuse (10 amp fuse #9). Never rely on a visual inspection of a fuse. An old fuse can look fine but still be blown. Always test with a fuse tester or multimeter or replace with a known good fuse.
