I recently put in a new amp and rewired all my speakers. When turning on the amp and HU the speakers will make a loud constant humming/buzzing noise. The sound level stays the same whether the volume is up or down, it also does not change with acceleration. The only time it does change is when more RCAs are plugged in. With one set plugged in almost no noise, with 2 sets in the noise gets louder, with 3 sets in the humming gets a lot louder. The HU is not the problem and I'm doubting its a ground issue. What else could it be?

Double check the all your grounds. I've heard thats the issue a lot of the time
