Default RPM triggered relay?

I'm working on a project, and need to activate an electric motor at a certain RPM. Anyone know of a way to do this? Is there some kind of adjustable box out there that can tap into the rpm wire from the ecm? Thanks for any info!

Use an MSD window switch to activate a normal automotive relay at whichever rpm you choose.
