Default gauge problem after relocating battery

whats up guys.
i relocated my battery in the trunk, now every time i start the car
the gauges on the cluster peg then come back all way down then back where they are suppose to be, the rpm, mph, fuel, volts, temp all of them.
any idea what can cause this?
everything else is ok, car starts fine, runs fine, and everything else is ok.
thanks for the help.
