anyone use this thing? the company supposedly guarantees that it works all the time, or they will pay off you ticket if you get one. i wanna get one, but want other's opinion on it first.

yeah they suck, Ive used the detector and the "jammer". Both sucked, got tickets while using both at the same time, the detector went off when the cop was about 20 ft in front of me..

and you couldnt send the ticket to the company and have them pay for it? thats supposedly what their "insurance" is....that they will pay for any tickets you get.

who cares about the ticket..think about your insurance for the next x amount of years... Its the long haul..

Read their "guarantee" very carefully - it has so many exceptions, restrictions, and procedures required for making a claim that it's more trouble than it's worth. For example, the original ticket has to specify on it that it was issued because of radar. Most tickets just say "speeding", the speed, and the amount.
