Default Lights dead in radio

Hey the lights that light up the 1 & 4 on my radio are dead. Is there a way to change/fix whatever is back there?

The only way to fix it is to solder in new ones.
The preferred method is to replace them all with LEDs.

Midnight F-117A replaced the bulbs in his F-body Monsoon headunit with LEDs:
