Default steering wheel controls

Anyone convert their steering wheel controls after a switch to an aftermarket head unit to operate some sort of other application.....like nitrous arming and purge . Just a thought!

Asked and answered numerous times...

The steering wheel switches all work through a single wire with the head unit determining which switch is pressed by the total resistance introduced in the circuit. To use the switches for other purposes, you'd have to build your own logic circuit. You can do a search in the forum for more information.
