Default Steering Wheel Controls

my steering wheel controls are not working, does anyone know what could be wrong???

There are two fuses labeled STR WHL CNTL - one is for the button illumination (#13 - 1 amp) and the other (#3 - 1 amp) is for the actual function. Never trust a visual inspection of a fuse - use a tester or replace with a known good fuse. Because if it's not the fuse, you're in for a lot of troubleshooting and possibly some expensive parts (button assemblies, steering column clock ring, new head unit, etc.).
