Default battery dead after window motor swap

I installed a brand new Siemans Pass. side window motor a couple of days ago

dam it's nice to be able to roll a window down and so fast, to bad I can't drive the car because now the battery is dead.

I measured 11.9VDC

I observed all the guages pegging on the last drive

& trip meter resetting itself I'm thinking this alone is a good indication of a worn out AC Delco battery (maybe 3 years old and the green light is still on)

I feel kindof suspesious since I just swapped the window motor.

Thanks

Default

Have the battery load tested for sure. Most batteries have a free 3 year replacement warranty, then prorated after that.
