Corvette ZR1 vs. TT Gallardo...*video* This is my new TT set up on my Gallardo. It's a custom built TT kit made by Doug Levin Motorsports. I am on the stock short block and hence the low boost.
Stay tuned for a 60-200 mph video against a MUCH faster, meaner ZR1 in a few weeks (ZR1 is in the shop now getting all the goodies. Going to be a mean b8tch when it's completed)

Rematch outcome might look the same, but with me being the one saying "HOLY ****!!"..
We always try to be as safe as possible. As you can see from that stretch, there is not one car in sight until that ONE darn car decided to pull on the HWY. Not sure who was more scared at the moment, me, or them..

Believe it or not, my car is not putting out that much power. It made 700 rwhp and it weighed in at 3560 lbs with a full tank of gas. But, you have to remember that my car is awd, NOT rwd. So when I go back to awd, the car is probably making about 640 whp.
640 whp and 3500+ lbs is not ALL that fast, but the reason why I pulled so hard from the ZR1 is because the race went to 200 where the ZR1 can't compete with the gearing of the Gallardo. It probably would have been much closer had we raced from a 60-150 or so.
Rematch will take place in two settings. The typical 50-150 (I will lose this race, i am almost sure of it) and the crazy 50-200 (this one will be interesting).
