1998 TA Vs. Pewter C5 M6 Hatch So, I'm cruising in to work, bitching about traffic, when a C5 pulls past me. I've seen the car before, but no he's got some LED Tails on the back. 
Better than the Z06 with chromed covers, I guess, but barely.
So he pulls past me and I ignore him, I'm still breakin in my new rew end bits.
I spy a Procharger license plate cover. Cutout gets opened and I roll past him and wave at a light.
Next light, we're both near the front of the pack. I get an open lane, he's behind a Kia.
Roll off the light, typical Fbody, lots of noise, just cruisin up to ~40 in 3rd. I see the Vette comin up with the front end slightly raised.
Aw. Hell.
I leave it in third at about 45-50, and we both mash at about the same time. He got it first, I think, cause he started at my door and made it to my front bumped before I slowed his roll. I matted the throttle a little bit, because I didn't want to stop with ~200 miles on my rear end internals.
Through 3rd to about 85, I put a carlength between us.
He pulled up at the next light and asked me what was in that TA.
Some books... a mop bucket... detailing supplied...tools.... and a few Car & Driver's.
