Cats are a big choking point on the exhaust, so getting rid of them usually helps.

Good run OP. That Mach is running damn good for just a 100 shot and light mods. Nice ETs too, shows what your car is really doing.

Auto LS1s need a good tune first and foremost to do work. Not sure why so many people start modding and either don't tune at all or save it for last. I was running mid 12s in mine with a tune, lid, and cat-back. Doubt it would've even cracked 12s stock.
