Default GT500 vs Nitrous LT1 Firebird

Shitty Video but here is the GT500 I raced a while back against a Nitrous fed LT1

The guy says its a stock rod, Stock crank,stock casing heads, Speed pro pistons 13:1 compression car on a 175 and race gas

GT500 is VMP car on pump gas ported inlet and new TB since he raced me car picked up 20rwhp with those additions


The GT500 made 680 the day of the race not 700 as well there is a better video I'm trying to get a hold of......But needless to say that LT1 does work!!

GT500 had 2 passengers and he's a big dude himself so probably 400-450 pounds worth of extra passengers

GT500 got walked pretty good.

Can't even hear the TVS, does he got a 3" pulley on or something? lol

Cars are loud I know that bitch screams lol the VMPs supposed to be quieter ? They are running again with no passengers

My VMP is way louder than the stock heaton, but I run a 2.385" pulley.

It'll be closer without the passengers, but I got a feeling the GT500 is still gonna get pulled.

Isn't stock compression on a lt1 10.44:1 ? Seems like a nice jump in compression lol. Good races
