Here is a 9.96 out of a sealed coyote. Which means no camshaft upgrade.
That was years ago. They told me with what they know now tuning wise and adding a ported CJ setup there is big gains to be had. Thats a stock intake car. Guaranteed the Vette has a Fast Intake setup and is unreal light as well. Most Lsx guys lie like a rug because they're embarrassed to say the mods and weight for what it truely runs.

P.S. You don't think that Coyote could have picked up 2mph with cams?
That was on the stock ls6 cam. He said rw was 29xx

My bad, I was thinking 139 for some reason. Still pretty good for a sealed motor which that vette cannot say and a rw within 100lbs. Imagine how fast that car would have went with a cj. Mid nines and 136+ for sure

Lol @29xx Race weight. So all that work and hardly any weight reduction? No.

Np

The article i seen in ff&m had the jpc car @26xx. I have seen other weights but it seems it may be 100+ lighter.

You really have no clue do you. Idk how much rob weighs. ......and the car has real safety equipment in it for competition.

Yup......i hope he revisits that someday. He said he thinks there is .2-.3 left in it. It would be great to see a bolt on ls6 rip off a 9.8 or 9.7 and add a mph or 2
