Pretty foolish move if money was on the table.
Gt500s are trq monsters and definitely need a good tire setup with those mods.

Agreed. Right out of the factory, those cars are dangerous with the stock tire that Ford put on them.

Guy I worked for once told me that you had no business building engines of you couldn't put together an SBC while drunk. And he was right

If you're average weight (150-200 lbs), you would have been at about a .04 BAC. So half the legal limit, which is nothing. Usually each beer adds about .02 and then your liver metabolisizes .01 every hour. I've tested this out a few times with a "blow and go" device.

im 280 and had a full dinner after 2 beers. i knew i was fine. and one of the my buddys i was with at the track happens to be a cop
