What are most stock Evo and STi's running?

you will see bone stock evo/sti running on avg. low-mid 13s with some rare 12.8s
doesn't take much to modded them up though. stock vs stock a properly driven ls1 will win every time.... but who is stock anymore

i wouldnt go to say dont sweat it from a roll, a z-28 vs a evo or sti stock for stock, the is pretty close, th z will win, but not by that much. Ive raced an sti with intake and exhaust, and i have the same and he pulled 2 cars on me from 60-100. Although i guess im a vert and automatic.

Anything of 60 mph and they will need some decent mods to hang with even a stock ls1.
No, 12.8 evo and sti arnt as rare as ls1 in the 12s. Simply because all they ahve to do to get a 12.8 is risk their entire drive line and launch right at redline. Unfortunately if we did that we would turn side ways and never leave the line
