Default 2001 Grand Prix... more

I have a friend that is going to race a 1999 Grand Am GT (ram air etc). he has a 2001 Grand Prix Gt im wondering who is going to win the race. Were going quarter mile stretch.

My 99 GPGT has done quite a few 15.5s, but if the GA is one of those SC/T w/a 5speed, and a good driver, the GA would probably win. HPP mag did just an intake & exhaust on one of those sc/t stick models and got a 14.9~14.8. the bastages

There were no stick shift grand am gt's since all were V6's. Only sticks came in 4cyl se. There was an SC/T concept car with a eaton supercharger with a stick and thats it; but it was a concpet car. It never went to production. All the SC/T package is is a hood with 2 scoops, an enlarged spoiler...and thats it.

Oh by the way itll be close. But probly the GP cuz its got the 3800 auto and the GAGT's got the 3400 auto.

p.s. Grand Am GT "Ram Air" is a joke....a marketing gimmick.... not like the WS6 Trans AMs
