Default Porsche Carrera GT vs. 01 WS6

Yep...driving through Newport Beach on PCH before Newport Bl a silver colored Porsche Carrera GT pull onto the street and winds the motor a bit...those damn things sound like F1 cars I swear....anyway, he picks up speed going towards Newport Bl and this crazy wing rises up as his speed increases....nutty...we get up on Newport bl and end up at a light together...I was SO hoping he would rip me outta the hole but much to my disapointment I got a BIG jump for maybe 1/2 a second then I hear this jet-like sounding nasty silver streak coming BLAZING by me...he passed me like my car was not even racing, just flat OVERPOWERED me like I do honda civics with aem intakes but 10 times even that!!!...That thing was by FAR the fastest accelerating car I have EVER seen...INSAAAAANELY FAST

I talked to him at the next light I think it was 19th street....he was suprisingly cool for being un ultra rich Newport type....it didnt even have plates on it yet...what a nut job, what do they retail for?? 600k? Or is it 600hp and they retail for 250k?? I forget.....all I know was that thing is a whole 'nother level of QUICK...

This was a good death....

Awesome death!!!

Did you spray him?

How much giggle do you have? I'd imagine a 250 shot would be absolutely necessary to even be competitive

$400K and change 612 ponies maybe?

Nice death Yah, I think they retail between 400-450k... soo, not very cheap. Very respectable death, and I'm really jealous you got to see one, let alone get ripped apart by one!

This guy in this non-supercharged Cobra got killed by a couple of Carrera GTs in Germany. I think he even brought his Stang up to 150 mph and the Carreras were gone out of sight. Very fast, very expensive. I has to be an awesome ride.

They are rediculessy fast, and the likely reason he didnt get you out of the hole is that they are a bitch to launch. And they sound just like a f1 car even inside of em

i saw a black one a couple weeks ago, going by this house i was working on.i could hear it coming and i ran out to see what it was.didn't know it was a porshe until my brother told me.the only thing that resembled a porshe were the headlight.
anyway that thing came flying around a posted 20mph turn at probably 70mph and then just took off over the hill.i couldn't believe the handling and exceleration of this thing.very awesome car.
