ran into a white Evo on the way home from work today...
well, tonight i was driving home and i see a car come from behind and pass me on the passengers side. wasnt being obnoxious or anything, however i could tell he wanted some but i let him go. After about 5 seconds i thought to myself...this is a great opportunity to see what my car has(not many real good races lately) so i switch lanes and catch up to him, pass him up a little so he knows and then i slow down to even out. well the light righ tin front of us turns red so i am thinking ohh **** this is the perfect scenario...for me to lose from a roll while it is kinda chili outside READ:no traction// but either way i was dwn. so the light goes green we both pussyfooted it out of the whole an then at about 3000 rpm we both let hell loose. dead even through first i started to lose traction towards the top of first and slammed second(not powershift) and the *** end got a little goosey but i powered through it by this time i had about a car on him. third came i hit a clean shift and walked a couple of more cars on him. he flashed his lights and i new the race was over...
We caught traffic at the next light and i am not an ******* so i rolled down the passenger window and said nice car. he replied with the same and a thanks. i then turned to go home at the next light.
good times,
Louie Panayi

take away their AWD launch advantage, and you arent left with much
(unless of course they are heavily modded, their engines can hold quite a bit of power)
