Default first loss to a mustang... than i ran into another mustang..

well i knew it would eventually happen, my first loss to a mustang ran into him on the highway it was a 93 cobra in very good condition and it sounded sick. multiple runs on the highway, 40 (bad idea), 50 and 65. he walked me from the 40 and 50. 65 i pulled maybe half a car before he went by me not nearly as bad as the other 2 runs. got off and shot the sh*t for about 30 minutes. he has a 347 stroker, full exhaust,4.10s, 4 link rear and for insurance a 150 wet shot not he didnt use pushing 342 hp 365ish torque on motor hasnt dynoed it on spray. real cool guy. completmented me on a beautiful car, and he loved the C5 rims, also said me loved the exhaust, just a flowmaster muffler. not too bad for a stock ls1 in my slow z28. than after i left i ran into a sn95 mustang wasnt sure if it was a 5.0 or 4.6. went off a light i spun alittle but hooked pretty good for my street tires. i jumped him of the line by half a car (gotta love my reaction time) after i was done at first i had a car and a half. let off at 60 with 2 1/2 to 3 cars easy. dont know what he had done to it but it was a sharp looking car, i guess he wasnt happy lossing. it definately had a full exhaust, nice looking cowl hood, and a saleen wing, but i didnt understand the purpose for the 5 inch monster tach so all in all the best night i have had since i ran into a MKIV supra last summer. all my car has done is a lid and muffler, in a couple weeks ill have a nice stall and a tune...

nice runs man, you gonna at least appreciate that the mustang guy wasn't cocky and complimented you on your car. That's really respectable and good way to go down

yeah that was a fun race that we had. the car dyno'd at 342hp and 349lbtq, that was on motor. with the 150 shot it dyno'd at 440hp and 462lbtq. and i told you once you hunted down the yellow mustang you would take him. good kill. he has a 5.0 in it, and he swaped the taillights from a 4.6 gt. as far as motor work done on his i dunno? and ws6t/a98 thanks for the compliment.

He probably did it to make people think he had the 4.6 since they generally aren't a threat.

very good point, but how many people know the difference between the 5.0 or 4.6 taillights, other than mustang people. i know i wouldnt have if it wasnt pointed out to me by 93cobra
