Killed LS1 with my LT1

Killed LS1 with my LT1 Running south on M53 just north of M59, cruisin about 55, noticed an LS1 T/A coming up fast. Guy pulls up next to me, the passenger smerks at me, and he hammers down and pulls away from me. A car got between me and him, but about a half mile later I got an opening and caught up to the guy, revved it in his ear, and then dropped it to second at 55. He hammered it just a touch before me, pulled about a foot, before I got the foot back and then some.. I stayed in it until about 110, had probably 3-5 cars on him. He caught back up and wanted more. We ran em 2 more times, pretty much the same outcome each time. I think his car was pretty much stock, sounded good, not very loud, had stock tips, so likely stock exhaust. The only thing I know is that his was a 6 speed. It was a fun kill, he wouldn't give up. This story has a bad ending though. About 3 hours later on my way home I grenaded my trans, all thats left is reverse!! P O S 4L60!!!!!
I got real good at building them up
