Why you don't race a Camry in downtown Longview...
Of course I didn't lose to it, but...
Earlier today, I was driving around, minding my own business. I started off at a green light in my usual fashion when the late 90's Camry in the lane next to me went to WOT. I obviously had to defend the honor of my car and fly past them. Well in all the excitement, I forgot that I was about to crest a small hill. By the time I felt the ground fall out from under me, it was oviously too late to slow down. It went something like this.
Camry: WOT!!!
Me: "Oh Hell NO!"
Trans Am: VROOOOOOM!!!!!!!
*Shift*
VROOOOOOM!!!!!!!
Me: "Uh Oh..."
*Slam* *Crash*
Me: "****!!!! Oh Well"
Trans Am: VROOOOOOM!!!!!!!
If only Daisy were there to see it
It's not like it was a very big jump, but I'm pretty sure all four wheels were airborn. The exhaust made a loud scraping sound when I landed. At least I was far enough of the Camry by then for them not to hear / see what I did.

So you won...?
My new rule nowadays is that I don't race anything that I don't mind admitting I lost to or that I want kudos for on the forums.
Even though I beat the **** out of one of new Nissan Altimas on the freeway, I put it out of my head, because it's a given. 5.7litre > 3.5 litre.
Anyway, sounds like a nice jump though. Next time get some footage.

Raced a Camry and almost ended up killing your own car! Priceless!
Sorry to be harsh but: Racing a Camry in town, on the street, with an LS1, is like running in the Special Olympics! Even if you win your still... Well you know the rest...
