So a few guys on bikes come up to our hangout spot last night. They basically told us that their bikes were faster than ANYTHING there (my transam, z28, and some rice). I asked him what he had done and he said pretty much everything. He said he wanted to race the transam... so we did.



Ran him 4 times, all off gas. We raced from first gear punches and i would dead hook everytime and put 2-3 cars on him instantly and continue pulling him well past 3 cars after that up to about 100.



Afterwards, he made the excuse that his 2nd gear wasn't working. Figures. He was a cool guy none the less. I wanted to run him on gas and show him what my beast is really made of but my window switch is acting up.

I don't know his mods, i literally know nothing about bikes and am going by what he said only. He said he had everything done, so i classify it as highly modded.

ok, well then its probably stock with a pipe... dont say its highly modded unless you know what the 'highly modded' means. and im guessing its just a slip on. no serious bike guy will buy a 600 for the street to try and mod it. a stock 1000 will walk just about any modded 600 out there, unless its got a turbo(even then it will still lose) or nitrous with a pro rider. 500rwhp is enough to beat a shitty ridden 600.

well with the R6 owner saying it has "everything" done to it. i doubt he has just a slip on. it probably had a full exhaust, K&N, Power Commander, and geared down or somthin atleast. but he also might have been a shitty rider to get walked by a 500 RWHP car.

Can you hear me groaning in frustration right now?? Nice kill man. Yes, it was a nice kill on a bike. The rider said his bike had pretty much everything done. His word was taken. Why is there always someone that takes away from the kill story by adding that the rider was shitty. If you drive your 600 hp stroker shitty and I drive my little stock ls1 like a pro and I win. I still win.

i hate liars, whats your point. im not doubting he didnt beat a 600, hes got 500rwhp! thats a shitload of power... however, he didnt beat a 'highly modded' 600. im not a fanboy, im looking at the facts. either the rider sucked, or he was nearly stock. a jet kit and pipe is far from highly modded.

blah blah blah, I hate the ******* "you beat the rider not the bike" bullshit. It's the same ******* thing with cars as stated above. I can just light my tires up and get smoked by a honda CRX with a fart can because he doesn't even have enough power to smoke them.. doesn't matter that I have way more power, I still lost.

This comes up every time a bike kill is posted.

i know enough to tell you you beat the rider, with a not very modded bike. again, a pipe isnt 'highly modded'. i could tell you my near stock gsxr is highly modded and you wouldnt know the difference, because as you said, YOU DONT KNOW **** ABOUT BIKES. so shut the **** up. you beat the rider, not the bike. while you have the power to pull a 600, no one is doubting that, im saying the rider sucked. and again, you cant **** with anything over a 600 so it doesnt really matter anyways.
