Side by side at 70 for a while, he nailed it, i nailed it (I stayed in OD) and he began inching, so i dropped into 4th after about 5 seconds (and him putting 2/3 car on me) and pulled on by him. Cool guy, came up beside me and gave me a thumbs up, in return to mine.

*I was running lean during this race and have since bumped up my fuel pressure 4#.

Those V6 'stangs do ok all things considered. They are basically running what
old school 5.0's did stock. That's pretty respectable out of a V6 IMO.

A girl beat me in one bone stock 0-55ish because she got an UNGOLDLY launch and i bogged, then spun, then spun again on the 1-2 shift. I let off at 55 with my nose at her bumper. I talked with her about 2 weeks ago, that thing had an INSANE launch, I sat at the line and watched it, lmao. I respect them for a V6, they do okay.

This one had the GT headlight kit (Used to work for ford so i knew it wasnt the real deal) A LOT of dealerships here are doing that as an add-on. People love it, and the dealer makes lots of profit.
