96 corvette goes down and a surprise well i was cruising around town looking for someone to play with, when i see this white corvette. After getting a better look at it i see that it was the 96 model that was at a dealer lot a few months ago, well we went from a red light and he started to creep so i didnt think he was game then i see the back end hunch down a bit and i knew he was game so i floor it by this time his door is at my mirror but i am spinnig so i stay in it hoping the tires get grip which they finaly did at about 45 and by that time i had about half a car on him and was pulling hard i shut down around 65 and he waved and turned off. kinda fun for the first race of the year.
Then about an hour later i see this 99 grand prix that i heard was pretty fast so i get to talking to him and he tells me he has a supercharger, exhaust, cam, and intake and is pushing 280hp to the wheels so i ask if he wants to run and he says yes we went from a 20 mph roll he got the jump and had no traction problems what so ever and i was spinning trying to get traction and he starts waving goodbye to me and bam i get traction and pass him pulling good, and he had this look on his face that was priceless. well i let up after that and he didnt want to race anymore i told him he had a quick little car and he said my car sounds good and we just played around a little. all in all good night.
