3 ls1's yesterday after i work a buddy droped off his car for a few free mods, bump stop, coolant bypass and he borrowed my lid and my k and n. he had a race for money. his car is a 02 ws6 m6, bone stock.
well the gut doen't show so we are just shootin the **** for a while and his cousin comes in his 98 Ta with cat-back and 3.73s a4.
they decide to race so we go to the spot. it is a two lane road in the boonies so they line up and i grt behinde the ws6. i decide i am going to pace them. well the ws6 has 3 pass the Ta has 2 and i have 3.
thay launch and i hit it also. i have peddle it out so i won't get to close to the ws6 well the ws6 puts 2 cars on the Ta and i put one befor leting off. it was a fun night. the ws6 was shocked with the results of the mods because when they would race they would be even untile the m6 hit 3rd. i think it was mostly the lid that helped him out, anyway he is going to be moding out his car with full bolt-ons in the next few months, should be fun
