Default 00 T/a and 03 cobra

I know someone who has a 03 cobra with some kinda aftermarket pulley with 15lbs of boost supposedly and dyno tuned and intake and just a catback. He just bough it about a month ago the guy he got it from said that it had 471 to the wheels and 525 to the crank. but he didng show him the dyno chart.

I have a 00T/a my mods are in the sig. What do u guys think do u think i should race him for $100

Go for it, but if he can drive, you'll lose that hundred bucks . I don't know about the crank number, but the 471 to the wheels sounds pretty accurate. Those are the typical 03/04 Cobra mods - intake, exhaust, pulley, tune = 460-475 to the wheels every time.

Have you dynoed with the MS3? I'm guessing 390-410 rwhp, maybe a little more if it's a strong running car. Not enough to keep up from a roll, but since you are an auto and if he can't drive, you may be able to get him from a dig if you mark off a clear start and finish line.

Post results (and probably don't race him for money unless you like to take big risks).

Yeah, you'll lose that one, especially if your car isn't tuned. Tell him with that extra 70 or so rwhp, he shouldn't have any trouble from a dig. It's fun to play catchup sometimes! Just run em for fun!

Cool. That's great to have a good tune on a big cam. Unfortunately, it's not going to be enough from a roll. Get him to go from a dig and you have a much better chance. Let us know how it goes!

Should be a pretty good run... Depending on drivers of course.

I ran a 02 SS with bolt ons/4.10's/cam/tuned from a 20 roll, and we were dead even through 4th... I had the basic pullies and such...463rwhp... Hope that helps
