Default what springs are the best for street and strip?

what are the best lowering springs for running on the street and on the track for traction?

Honestly none because lowering springs will hurt your launch compared to stock springs (less weight transfer because of the lower ride height).

You should be more specific, but if I were going to choose I'd go with stock springs. My reasons for choosing them might be different than yours though.

i just want the best look with the best traction.

Hello, stock springs work good for a street/strip car. all lowering springs are going to have a higher spring rate than the stockers.

I would say slp springs, they are not to low, and are not bad for handling.

Don't we all?

Finding "the best" is not going to be the same for everyone. The best might be something that is not very streetable but launches perfect to one person, or very streetable and good for decent drag times to another person.

You gotta be more specific on what you want. Maybe do some searching on drag setups vs handling setups so you'll be able to figure out what you want a little better.

I'd stick with stock springs if it were me setting up a streetable car that I were to bring to the track every now and then.
