Is there a walkthrough for brake line swaps?

Nothing really to follow regarding a walkthough. Remove the stock lines, bend them similar to the stock pieces, re-install your lines with new fittings. If you need replacement fittings, let me know, I can supply you with any of them.
Personally, I'd stay away from SS lines as you're going to find it being more difficult to flare the lines. If any of your lines are actually bad being an 2000, figure you'll get at least another 9 years out of the new non SS lines...which is quite long. I'd be surprised if your lines are in that poor of condition...they usually last for years longer.
