Whats the best thing to do if your deleting power steering and still using the factory steering rack? I've heard or bleeding them dry or fill them full. Which one is the best?

If you want to get technical you can remove the seals from the rack, take the adjustment out of the tension spring then pack the gears full of grease and put it back together. Here is a link to write up on flyinmiata. This is just a step by step instruction on a miata rack, should be the same ballpark as a 4th gen rack.
