rack & pinion hello fellas how do i know when the rack and pionio is not working right any more. but this is my problem i changed the power steering pump cuse it was leaking well i thaught , now that i installed the new one all the fluid is coming out of the lid on top pump is making noise it does not turn like it use to . can some one help me out 99 ss thx
