Default Are stock LS1 brakes worth anything?

I've recently gone to Areospace rear drag brakes and Strange fronts. Is there any use or value to my stock brakes? The car is an 02 SS, and the front brakes are all in one piece, spindles and all. Just curious if I might be able to sell them to an LT1 guy or something?

I would think the calipers would be worth a bit. As long as its a better deal than doing a c5 conversion . But if i were an lt1 guy i would prolly but them because they would be a direct bolt on.

He beat me to it. I think LT1 guys try to pick up used LS1 brakes.

Third time's a charm - this is a great upgrade for LT1 guys. If memory serves, you used to see good take off kits - spindles, loaded calipers, rotors, and lines for $300. This was typically used but good usable condition. You'll need to do some research on what they are going for these days. Having owned an LT1 and LS1 car, this is a VERY worthwhile upgrade.

Just the calipers themselfs I'm buying for about $30-$50 shipped. I cut them down and polish them. FYI
