Cant get my Spohn DS Loop to fit

Cant get my Spohn DS Loop to fit I think its because I have a 3.5" ds and theres no room with the torque arm and exhaust. Does anyone make a loop that will fit? Or am I just not positioning it perfect to get it on there? DS is unhooked at rear and I still cant get it on.

How about this BMR with the round loop? Does anyone know if it fits a 3.5" ds. I emailed the website but their response was I think it will fit.
