Default really bad tires raction, any suggestion

I have a 98 SS Camaro with the traction control/ASR not working. Recently I changed the rear tires for some Kumho tires with a better compound than the previous ones. Now, when I take off hard, the tires start hoping/jumping like crazy and no traction is achieved. I have stock (140,00 miles) shocks and springs, as the LCA and PHB. This didn't happens before. What can cause this? and how can I fix this thing? Thanks for your advice.

Could be the diff trying to lock and being worn out. Same thing happened to mine until I did a PHB relocation with a lower PHB and LCAs. It quit happening after I replaced all that. Could be worn bushings in the suspension and with the better tires it could be causing the hop. Just a thought.

Thumbs up A suggestion for you!

Hello
It just sounds like you have a really bad wheel hop! The only thing that I would suggest for you is maybe look into a set of Lower Control Arm Relocation Bracket! They were designed to eliminate wheel hop and increase your traction performance! And they can be used with your stock Lower Control Arms. Below is a link to show you what we have to offer!

If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be glad to help!
Thanks
Brad

Make sure you tire pressures are on
Also, you are taking on the street right?

I'd say replacement rear shocks couldn't hurt
