Hello
Unfortunately there is a difference in the diameters of the Drag coil (smaller) compared to the KYB strut and will not work together. And you have to be careful that spring is very soft 275lb and the R series is valved correctly for that particular coil. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Brad

Their good shocks for the money and no you're not stuck with stock springs. You can use any aftermarket springs on them the qa1s are just made for their shocks

as stated above there's lots of aftermarket springs for our cars.

or if you want you could buy a coilover sleeve kit and use pretty much any spring rate you wanted on the shocks you have. they use 10" x 2.5" springs which are available in tons of rates and only cost about $40 per spring.

Hello
Yes that is what spring rate QA1 offers for there front coil overs. And if the vehicle is going to be used on street/Strip they also offer a 300 lb spring. But seeing how you are running the KYB's you might have to do a little searching to see what would be the best for your application. Might have to go with a lowering spring. Some people have good luck with them at the track....some don't. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Thanks
Brad
