Mater cylinder?
ok this past weekend i lowered my car and i pulled the master cylinder so i could get to those bolts below and then when i went to put it back on i noticed this little black plunger looking thing popped out now i put it back in and i put my master cylinder back on but now my brake pedal is rock solid and wont budge and i have no brakes
can you guys help me? i have no idea what to do with the car

That's the transfer bar (my term for it). It carries the force from your brake pedal to the master cylinder. Often, it is a captured fit (ie. the only thing keeping it in place is the master cylinder being bolted to the booster). If you didn't get it back in position, it could be cocked at an angle not allowing the pedal to move. Take the master loose and check the bar.
