Default Suspension Rebuild on a 2002 Camaro SS- Pics!

Hello Everyone,

We just rebuilt the front and rear suspension on a 2002 Camaro here at our facility and I wanted to share some pictures of the completed project. While we did the suspension we also installed a TSP true dual exhaust system which fits and clears excellent with our items. The suspension items we installled were a K-member, upper/lower front A-Arms, torque arm, torque arm relocation kit, rear control arms, panhard bar, 3-point SFC's and front/rear sway bars.

Please take a look at the pictures and let me know if you would have any questions.

2002 Camaro SS Suspension Rebuild

Thank you!
Ryan

Very nice fitment. Doe's UMI offer an adjustable torque arm/driveshaft loop combo? I like how the front A-arms are designed around the long tube headers...I had to notch my factory A-arms to install my lt's. Very nice suspension products!!

My 3pt SFC are black and my DA LCA's are black, but the; PHB, torque arm relocation, huge swaybar brackets and sway bar are red. I think it's cool to see the red from the back, but not the sides?

All that I need for a full UMI suspension is the K-member and upper/lower front A-Arms. I should send you all pictures of my car... better yet I'm all UMI you should sponsor me!

Hello
Thanks everyone for the great comments!

Hello
It is stock ride height in the rear. And the vehicle was lowered so we just left the front springs in to give it a nice rack look!
Thanks

Hello
We do offer a adjustable torque arm/Ds loop combo. We only offer it though on our tunnel mounted torque arms. Either part # 2201 (kooks or stock exhaust) or 2203 (long tubes and all aftermarket Y pipes).

If anyone has any other questions feel free to ask.
Thanks
Brad

Hello
Sorry we do not have anything to offer as far as 3 pt for the verts yet. Just the 2 pt SFC's. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Take it easy

couple ?s on installing front lower A arms I would like to have a little more adjustment on my front tires.car is 99WS6 T top A4

?1.how much more alignment adjustment doe's you UMI front lower A arms have than stock? like can the front wheels be moved further out than the OEM A arms allow? if yes how much? also if yes can this additionaly adjustment outward be complised w/ just the lower A arm or must both upper and lower be used together?

?2. any special tools required for installing front Lower A arms?

I'm thinking there is a fork type vibrater tool that is used for removing the tie rod?

?3.I'm also thinking of the potentional danger since there is a compressed strut attached to it?

?4.when a ball joint wears out on these front lower A arms can a new one be pressed on?

do you have a write up on installing these front lower A arms.

Thanks
