Default HAL/QA1 on the street

Looking for anyone with the Gen R series shock/strut how does this work for you on the street? What weight spring would you recommend? This is a weekend warrior/seasonal daily driver with heads, cam, drag radials, LCA, ADJ. Torque Arm, Pan hard bar. More of a street raceing application looking for any edge i can get with suspension.

The general consensus on here is that the QA1s ride pretty rough on the street, which is why I stayed away from them and went Koni/Strano. I don't have a spring rate suggestion (maybe someone else can chime in on that).
