Question Torque arm question???

Hey guys I just purchased a UMI Torque Arm from a member on here and got it all installed and went to put the TSP y pipe back on and it doesn't work to well.. I was wondering if the y-pipe has to go on before the cross member/dsl or what? I know the cross member is the correct one to fit the TSP y-pipe I have, i'm just kinda stuck here! My car has been down 3 weeks and I just wanna drive it for more than 5 mins, I can't stand how loud it is being open headers! Any and all help/suggestions would be great thanx in advance

Does the y-pipe not clear the crossmember? Can't quite tell what isn't working from your post.

Is this one of TSP's newer redesigned y-pipe? They don't clear well wit our older torque arms. We had to change our tunnel mounted arm for long tubes about 2-3 months ago.

The Y pipe is from 2006, so it would be the older version! Any idea's? Basically I'm asking if the y-pipe has to go on before i can put the crossmember/dsl on?

It would be easier to install the y-pipe first but I think doing it the other way would be fine as well.

Thanks!

It will not clear.. I just had it up in the air and checked again! I'm just gonna have to get a new y-pipe!
