Default K Member Question

I have a 2000 LS1 car that I have bought that is missing the front K member, A arms, spindles, Brakes, Struts and rack. To make the car rolling I want to purchase a K member from the JY that will fit this car.

Will any 1998-2002 K member (6 cylinder or V8) fit this LS1 6 Speed powered Z/28 or do I need a specific LS1 K member, brakes, spindles, rack etc?

thanks for your responses and help to get this car rolling!

I have found a 50K mile complete front K member with A arms, rack, spindles, brakes, struts and all from a hit the rear 2000 WS6 Trans Am. The parts are all nice and also include the matching rear shocks.

What should I have to pay for something like this???

The LS1 K-member will have different mounts for the motor, but all other dimensions are the same. 6cyl and 8cyl A-Arms and spindles are the same, 6cyl brakes are smaller.

Hope that helps,
Ryan

6 cyl brakes are the same size as the LS1 brakes, so you're fine there

I was thinking they were different, but maybe I am thinking a 93-97 V6 compared to an LS1. Yes, I think that was my thoughts. Thanks for clarifying!
