how do you replace rear coilsprings on my 02' z28? just jack it up, jack stands on rear frame? how do i get it out? thanks for any help

Jack stands under the frame then jack up the rear end from the center take off both of the shocks bolts from the bottom of them and let the rear end down and the springs will fall out and then do everthing in reverse to put them back.

if you jack it up at the pumpkin...be sure not to mess up the girdle (rear end cover)...don't wanna start leaking fluid cause you used the jack there.
