Default Rear shocks blown?

My ride: stock, i can feel every bump in the road, big bumps feel like hell, the bumb stops are torn to ****. Is there any other way of telling if i need new shocks besides those signs? I know its not a camry or anything either so i expect a rougher ride.

Also, if i need to replace the rear shocks, what is my best bet for the money being that im in college right now

You need shocks. There's nothing significantly cheaper than Bilsteins worth installing on your car.

Not even just replacing stockers? How much are they?

I have a set of Autozone (Gabriel Gaurdian) shocks I installed this summer when I swapped my rear end. I just pulled them out when I did my Koni/Strano install. They have maybe 1,000 miles on them. They are in no way shape or form performance shocks, but they should keep you off your bumpstops. If you want them shoot me a PM and I'll send em to ya. I'm feeling generous today I'll even pay for shipping.

The cheapest replacement bumpstop would be to get some Energy Suspension pt#9.9137, about $20 a pair.

If they are more than free they are not worth the trouble IMO.
The issue isn't them being worn out (although that doesn't help any) its the goofy valving they have leaves you with an overly jarring/jittery ride (too much compression dampening) yet also its still loose and can be bouncy and disconnected/not solid or planted feeling (not enough rebound dampening).
Do yourself a favor and pick up some good shocks, you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner.
